Your notice must include:
1. Physical or electronic signature of copyright owner or authorized person
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3. Identification of the material on our site you claim is infringing + URL
4. Your contact info: address, phone number, email
5. Statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized by owner, agent, or law
6. Statement that information in notice is accurate and you’re authorized to act
Send notices in English for faster processing.
3. Response Time
We review valid DMCA notices within 3 business days. If content is found to violate policy, we will remove it or disable access. We may notify the user who posted the content.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed by mistake, send a Counter-Notification to dmca@movboxpro.com including:
1. Your signature
2. Identification of removed content and its location before removal
3. Statement under penalty of perjury that you have good faith belief it was removed in error
4. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of Pakistani courts
We’ll forward it to the original complainant. If they don’t file legal action in 10 business days, we may restore content.
5. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to block users who submit multiple false or abusive DMCA notices.
